OHKAY! I'm finished, and quite pleased. This is for [link] Contest. I really fell in love with this charrie, and I hope she does too. I'm not sure if their was another babysitter idea, but I kinda like it.
I didn't even look at the other entries, due to lack of time, but I'll be sure to. Apologies if I "stole" anything by accident.

By the by, her doesn't have to be this detailed. I also don't mind changing things about her, for she's flexible. Any modifications can be made, so feel free.

Time took: Have to say two hours...maybe an hour and a half?

Occupation: Babysitter/Student

Description:
Body- Light, lithe, short, petite/fragile and mature.
Eyes- Deep blue, wide, give all emotions away, short eyelashes, thinned eyebrows.
Hair- Slightly messy, large curls that are neat, golden in colour.
Skin- Peachy skin, rosy features.
Face- Rounded/ button nose, smoothened cheeks, and thin lips.

Special Attributes: Rosalie can sing, play the piano, and may find entertainment in anything. She also has an odd way of making others smile.

Personality: For a near sixteen-year-old, Miss Harper certainly doesn't act like a teenager. She prefers to take walks in the park, play children's games, and practice her singing or piano.
The girl really acts like she is around the age of eight, and twice as innocent. Although she may be outcast to her peers, around little kids she giggles and radiates. When not knowing someone, she says 'Mister' or 'Missus,' no matter the age. Her personality can be bubbly and soaring, or shy and withdrawn, usually depending on the type of person she is dealing with.

History: Her life is pretty basic. Rich man married a beautiful woman, who later had a pretty daughter. She grew up quite alone, quite teased, and quite beautiful. Her parents still travel, but she's glad that she may sneak away from the large, empty house to hang out with "friends."
She babysits regularly, and can be fun yet disciplined. Her means of watching children involves fun, but she always knows how not to get it out of hand.

How They Met: Well, Rosalie knew Angelique and Cain for a while. She babysits them often, or just goes over to hang out, and tries to confront them too.
Blake just moved into town, and Rosalie was probably first to offer watching him every-so-often. She hope that all three will accept her, play games, and understand that they may only be her real friends at the moment.

Parents/Family Life: No siblings or friends, but she does have an exnanny and some maids she chats with {{rarely sees them}}. Both parents are still alive, and much involved in Rosalie's life. They think it is strange for such a pretty girl, with such good grades and goals, to hang out with children.
Living in a huge house, is lonely and describes the type of person Miss Harper is. While her parents leave on trips for long periods of time, she wanders about her house to play games with herself. As a child, it affected her "maturity." She never really grew up, and she continues to have odd hobbies and interests.

Other: Rosalie hates being alone in the dark, or he hates being alone to her own thoughts. She eventually will begin to cry, but the reason is unknown. Maybe she had a bad experience while her parents were away, or maybe she thinks too deeply and digs up how different she is from other teenagers. She also dislikes mud, for fear of the particles that gnaw your skin off like acid {{an obvious prank by some kid led her to believe this}}, and being yelled at/ fighting/ displeasure {{parent's constant unhappiness with her was wounding}}.
Her likes include: singing, piano, children's games {{games in general}}, sweets, rainy days, music boxes, skipping, and crystal-like objects.
Miss Harper is horribly innocent and pure, her wide eyes and small/fragile form giving her a child-like appearance. She doesn't really understand the concept of love {{emotionally and physically}} or hate, which is probably why she will want to hang out with Cain or Blake and enjoy their happiness or contentedness. She giggles and teases, and says made-up words. Made-up words, such as:
Unyaa {{Uhn-ya}}: A thinking term, possibly used for when a little downcast.
Owaah {{Oo-wah}}: A surprised or discovery term.
Nyahaha {Nee-ya-haha}}: An embarrassed giggle or laugh, sometimes used in awkward situations.
Meh: A disgusted or displeased term.
Nneh {{N-eh}}: A happy or shocked term.
Suu {{Sue}}: Said at the end of every other sentence as a bad habit. Curiosity too.
Nyu {{Nuu}}: Like saying no, but whining.
-ies {{ees}}: A suffix used on many words. Owwies, wingies, etc.
Nya: A happy exclamation or smile.
Tsuo {{Sue-o}}: Like cursing. Can be used when lifting something heavy, angry, or amazed.
Chu {{Choo}}: When blushing or in love, possible when curious. In Japanese, it means kiss. Rosalie doesn't know that, though.
Usa {{Oo-sa}}: Said when disgusted, sad, or scared.
